We are not building another AI chatbot. We are building AI-native infrastructure for discovering, collecting, verifying, analysing, generating, and publishing news at global scale. Our vision is to develop a powerful AI News Engine and AI Studio capable of transforming how news is discovered, processed, created, and distributed.
Our long-term goal is to build a global AI news infrastructure where each country can have its own dedicated news intelligence layer. The platform will be designed to:

Founding AI/ML Lead
UK / Remote Full-time
We are building a next-generation AI-powered news intelligence platform that can discover stories, research information, verify sources, analyse data, generate high-quality news content and publish it automatically. We are looking for a Founding AI/ML Lead to design and build the intelligence layer at the heart of the platform.
What you will do
Design the overall AI/ML architecture of the platform
Build intelligent research and reasoning systems
Develop AI agents for news discovery, research and verification
Design RAG and knowledge-retrieval systems
Build systems for source credibility and confidence scoring
Integrate and evaluate multiple LLMs
Develop AI workflows for automated news production
Work closely with data and backend engineers
Establish AI evaluation, monitoring and quality-control systems
What we are looking for
Strong experience building production AI/ML systems
Excellent understanding of LLMs, RAG and AI agents
Strong Python skills
Experience with AI orchestration and evaluation
Understanding of information retrieval and NLP

Product-oriented mindset
Experience in media, news, search, knowledge systems or automated content generation is highly desirable. This is a founding-level role with significant influence over the architecture and direction of the platform.
Senior AI / LLM Engineer

We are looking for a Senior AI/LLM Engineer to help build the intelligence and automation systems powering our AI News Platform.
Responsibilities
Build production-grade LLM applications
Develop AI agents for research and news analysis
Implement RAG pipelines and retrieval systems
Build structured content-generation workflows
Develop automated fact-checking and source-verification systems
Design prompts, tools and agent workflows
Evaluate model performance and reduce hallucinations
Integrate multiple AI models and APIs

We are building an AI-native news platform that fundamentally changes how news is discovered, researched, verified and produced. We are looking for a Product & Editorial Lead who understands both journalism and technology.
What you will do
Define how AI should discover and produce news
Design editorial workflows
Define standards for verification and accuracy
Design human-in-the-loop processes
Work directly with AI and engineering teams
Define requirements for new AI newsroom capabilities
Develop workflows for breaking news and automated reporting
Help design statistics, data and forecasting products
Continuously improve the quality of AI-generated journalism
