Kris Jenner Pulls the “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” Mansion Off the Market After Reported “Second Thoughts”

The $13.5 million Hidden Hills estate was practically a main character on the reality show.

ABCDEFG I have to... stay? More than a year after Kris Jenner put her reality-TV-famous home on the market for $13.5 million, she’s decided to hold onto it—for now. The Kardashian family matriarch first listed the Hidden Hills mansion, where Keeping Up with the Kardashians was filmed, in February 2025. She briefly took the property off the market in May of this year but quickly re-listed it at the exact same price. And now, nearly four months later, it’s no longer for sale.

The mom of six has owned the Mediterranean-style residence for 16 years, acquiring it for $4 million in 2010, per Zillow. Back then, she was married to Olympic athlete Caitlyn Jenner (who then used the name Bruce), and was in the midst of filming the fifth season of their long-running E! reality show.

The pair’s two daughters, Kylie and Kendall Jenner, spent their teenage years in the six-bedroom home, which features a black-and-white checkerboard foyer, a dramatic double staircase, and a massive chef’s kitchen. Kim Kardashian, meanwhile, also lived at the house when her own home was undergoing a renovation, per Realtor.com. Additional residents have included Rob Kardashian and his daughter, Dream.

The family said “goodbye” to the 8,900-square-foot house, which had been listed with Tomer Fridman of Christie’s International Real Estate, in an episode of The Kardashian s, their reality show on Hulu, that aired last year. Jenner’s now-ex Caitlyn even stopped by in a rare appearance to bid farewell.
